Barry J. Gazzard
At the helm of Team Niche Realty is Barry Gazzard. Barry has been involved in Real Estate since 1984, and has worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Spain, Florida and Georgia. Barry and his family have been living in Cobb County Georgia since 2003.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Accountancy and Economics, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Florida, and a member of the Cobb County, Georgia and National Association of Realtors®. Barry also holds the following Real Estate Designations: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and Certified Estate Owned/REO Specialist (REOS).
Barry's focus is on Luxury Properties, Golf Course Subdivisions, 55+ Active Adult Communities, as well as homes within the Acworth,Kennesaw, Marietta and Woodstock areas. Barry also works with a number of local and foreign investors and assist them with the acquisition, renovation, and leasing or disposition of properties for above average returns. His company, Markcorp Worldwide Inc., also provides full Property Management Services for his investor clients.

Helen Gazzard has been involved in real estate for over 30 years and has worked on two continents
doing what she loves - helping clients buy and sell homes. She has lived in Georgia since 2005 and
holds a Georgia Real Estate License and is a member of the Cobb Association Of Realtors, the Georgia
Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. Currently she works with her
son, Barry Gazzard, for Markcorp Worldwide Inc. and has previously worked for Assist-2-Sell,
GMAC Real Estate and Re/Max.
